I am nutty for nuts (pshh, obviously), fruits, and veggies. It’s amazing how these 3 simple ingredients can transform into so many beautiful vibrant dishes (including desserts!) I believe natural, simple ingredients taken directly from mother nature are what human beings are meant to eat and receive our energy from. All of that nasty (and I tell you, it’s pretty nasty) man-made chemicals only does injustice for our bodies. How do they break down those chemically-formulated foods?
So every time you would like to reach for some “real” ice-cream (um, why would they advertise that their ice-cream is ‘real’?), come to my blog and make some i-scream instead! Not only are you doing your body justice, but the animals as well! I won’t get too in-depth about the animals, but because of those dreaded advertisements (keep in mind that they ARE advertisements) showing dairy cows grazing and happy, I just want to let my readers know that the bad depiction is definitely not the case; they suffer just as much, and if not more than the animals that are being slaughtered.
Okay, back to me 😉
I’m a hugeee sucker for sweets, so you may find for sweet recipes than savoury ones in this blog 🙂 Sweets that you can have for breakfast?!?! Count me in!
Nuttygreens will be where I share my vegan recipes to promote healthy eating for every individual who wishes to take charge of their own well-being. By reading this blog, I hope you will all begin to share my passion for mother nature as well as some delicious food!
